Department Overview
The Change Management department is responsible for continually helping individuals impacted by "the change" be successful by implementing a systematic change management approach, building support, addressing resistance and developing the required knowledge and ability to implement the change. We help them make successful transitions resulting in changes that are thoroughly and smoothly implemented with lasting benefits.
Position Responsibilities
This is a hands-on position in our Change Management department. This position will focus on managing the full scope of a change effort throughout the lifecycle of a project including, developing a change strategy, creating and implementing communication plans, developing training approaches/materials, and measuring adoption. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, an attention to detail, an inquisitive nature, a passion for excellent service, the ability to self-start and be resourceful, with a strong understanding of technology. This role requires communication with users at all levels and superior verbal and written communication skills. This role will require the candidate to balance multiple ongoing initiatives and maintain different timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct needs assessments to customize training and communication plans that reflect employee needs and project specifics
• Contribute to the department as an engaged team member, participating in discussions, meetings, continually learning, and supporting other team members and stakeholders
• Work with business leads to execute change projects from strategy to deployment
• Develop training materials from a content and design perspective: e-learning videos, training guides, quick reference cards, etc.
• Identify user issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve and communicate resolution back to end user
• Maintain and update project materials over the course of project lifecycles and after
• Facilitate the execution of change strategies
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field with anticipated graduation of 2026
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Delivery oriented with high quality customer service standards
• Must be motivated by a fast paced, complex environment and comfortable learning new technologies quickly
• Experience with transformation/change projects is a plus, but not required
• Experience with delivering and designing trainings (i.e. Guides, Video's etc.) is a plus
• Background in technology services and support a plus
• Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture
Additional Information
• Interns have a 40-hour-per-week assignment that last 10 weeks (June 1st - August 7th)
• Hybrid work schedule (required to be in office a minimum of 3 days a week)
• Housing assistance will be available for eligible candidates
• Hourly pay: $25
